I've had several notes in the past few weeks concerning art theft, art tracing, and unauthorised use of stuff from my deviantart. So, naturally, here comes the finger-wagging journal. Once my name stamp arrives I'll be watermarking my art to fuck in hopes of countering instances like the ones listed below.

Websites.
My online presense is concentrated to only a few websites, which are listed below. Any other website with a member registered under the name of Bonhwa is NOT me. If this person is using my artwork on their account, as well as my alias, please contact me.

Unauthorised use of artwork.
I don't allow the use of my artwork for any purpose. This includes RP forum character profiles, forum signatures, avatars and website layouts. However, I do allow my artwork to be used as desktop wallpapers, providing they are for personal use only and are not distributed online or anywhere else.

Copying/tracing artwork.
I cannot stop people from doing this. If you want to copy a pose as practise, I can't stop you. I do ask that you refrain from posting the artwork anywhere online. And don't run the risk of plagarism by recreating pieces of my work for art projects and exams (yes, this has happened). Anyone taking art at school will be aware of how serious plagarism is taken, so don't jeapordize yourself by being lazy and unoriginal.

Character theft.
Just... don't. It's that simple. Being inspired by my characters is an excuse which will only carry you so far. I get alot of "writers who can't draw" who think that just because my characters look oh-so-identical to their own character, think it's okay to take my artwork and use it as their OC profiles. This is a prime example. I don't allow this by any stretch, so don't do it.
